Complaints and Suggestions
We continually try to improve our service, and welcome comments and suggestions from our patients. If you have a complaint, please ask to speak to Jonathan White, Patient Services Manager. Alternatively, you may prefer to discuss things with your doctor. We have a formal complaints procedure, a copy of which is available from reception.
If you prefer, you can contact John Blower, Complaints Officer at NHS Lambeth on 0203 049 4444 who can advise you on how to raise concerns or make a complaint about the practice.
